Further expansion
We welcome new additions to our retail portfolio, including Penang Culture, Woke Ramen, Revel Bistro & Bar, Chopstix & Rice, Sally’s, The Dining Avenue, and Chingu. These additions have expanded our portfolio into various cuisines, providing a diverse culinary experience for our customers. Additionally, ‘You’ Herbal Tea has joined us, further expanding our business segment into the beverages industry.

22 Senoko Way
We take over a 13,000 sq ft facility to conduct pilot tests for our upcoming fully automated central kitchen at 30B Quality Road. Exciting times ahead. At the same time, ER Group strengthens our value chain with their expertise in food products wholesaling.
Business Diversification
Neo Group Limited and Boldtek Holdings and have entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA), to carry out the business of property development, property investment and property management.

Our Zero Waste Committee convenes to drive our green initiatives as we kickstart our transformation into a more circular business.

A flurry of new concepts joins us in our catering portfolio: Lavish Dine caters fine-dining. Kim Paradise and Savoury Catering offer healthy and unique home-cooked meals delivery. How’s Catering serves any event. And Chilli Manis comes on with a Peranakan kick.

Hi-Q comes on board with its expertise on plastic packaging – a valuable resource in an industry where packaging is integral. At the same time, we also welcomed Joo Chiat Kim Choo – a heritage brand well-liked by many Singaporeans for its authentic dumplings.

Gourmetz launches with the intention of providing nutritious, healthy and delicious meals to children, students and seniors who have to spend their time in care centres.

Big boosts to our value chain
TS Global, Singapore’s largest fish ball manufacturer, and CT Group, one of the biggest fruits and vegetables trader in Singapore joins us in our line-up. Both brands are highly experienced traders in the international market, providing a big boost for us upstream in our value chain.

A flurry of openings
Choz Catering and I Do Flowers & Gifts joins us to bolster our position as a one-stop events provider. At the same time, Best Catering starts fulfilling its first batch of tingkat orders to families island-wide. Over at our Retail division, NANAMI Udon and issho izakaya becomes the latest talk of the town as they enter the local Japanese dining scene.

The address where all of the Group’s departments – operations, corporate headquarter, central kitchens – come together to operate as one. In a 75,000 sq ft property on 1 Enterprise Road.

Neo Group Limited is officially listed on SGX Catalist in July 2012.

We bought a property
We crossed a milestone by acquiring an immense 272,000 sq ft space at 30B Quality Road. And we have big plans for it.
2010
Moving up the value chain
Procurement arm NKK Import & Export Trading opens for business, giving us direct access to manufacturers and distributors for our raw materials.
2008
The start of a household name
Orange Clove, an East-West fusion catering concept launches. Its finer selection of food and presentation gives corporate customers an exquisite option to impress their guests on important occasions.
2007
More than just catering
umisushi marks our first foray into the food retail market. This Japanese quick-service dining concept opened its doors at Eunos MRT station and has since evolved into a popular chain with over 20 outlets island-wide.
2004
A new brand is born on 6A Wan Lee Road
Deli Hub, Neo Group’s first halal-certified catering arm is established to serve a growing pool of corporate customers. As business proliferates, we’re prompted to make yet another move. This time, to a 7,600 sq ft premise at 6A Wan Lee Road – a property that’s not just rented, but fully owned by the Group.
1998
1 Kaki Bukit Road
There was an increasing need for a bigger kitchen. To cope with the growing demand, we shifted to this new central kitchen which sits all the way in the East, in a 10,000 sq ft property on 1 Kaki Bukit Road.
1996
3015 Bedok North
Business flourishes. Mr Neo makes a decision to shift to a 3,000 sq ft shop space in Bedok to ease congestion during peak hours. This was the first strategic move to decentralise our central kitchen so we have a backup plan in the event of any mishaps.
1994
Journey to the West
Rising rental costs compels Mr Neo to keep a lookout for more viable options. His search ends in a coffeeshop right across the island in Jurong West – a 4,000 sq ft shop space that can comfortably accommodate his growing business. This is also where he built his first central kitchen.
1992
The year it all began
Mr Neo Kah Kiat started his catering dream in a small 2,000 sq ft shared kitchen in Joo Chiat. He names it Neo Garden Restaurant. There, he worked hard alongside eight of his employees with one simple goal: To provide quality food for his customers.
