Corporate Governance

Neo Group Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) continue to be committed to high standards of corporate conduct. The Board of Directors (“Board”) and Management believe that good corporate governance is key to the integrity of the Group and essential to the long-term sustainability of the Group’s businesses and performance. To discharge its governance function, the Board has established policies and rules to govern their activities.

The Board is pleased to report the Company’s corporate governance practices with specific reference to the underlying principle and each provision of the Code of Corporate Governance 2018 (the “Code”).

The Company is also guided by the voluntary Practice Guidance which was issued to complement the Code and which sets out best practice standards for companies.
