Mr Neo Kah Kiat, PBM

Founder, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Neo Kah Kiat is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neo Group Limited. With more than three decades of experience, Mr Neo is a Food & Beverage (F&B) industry veteran. Under his visionary leadership and keen business acumen, Mr. Neo has successfully positioned the Group as an integrated F&B establishment with more than thirty brands and companies, spanning Catering, Manufacturing, Supplies and Trading, Retail, and Property segments. Today, he continues to hold an instrumental role in steering the Group’s future strategic direction, identifying new opportunities for expansion to drive the Group to even greater heights.

In recognition of Mr. Neo’s entrepreneurial drive and business leadership, he has been conferred a number of accolades, noteworthily – SOE-Nexia TS Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2016; EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Food and Beverage) in 2015; Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (Outstanding Category) in 2015; Entrepreneur of The Year Award in both the Top Entrepreneurs and Enterprise categories in 2012; Successful Entrepreneur Award (Platinum Category) by GRC Press Holdings in 2011, and the Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2010.

An active figure in the community and a strong philanthropy advocate, Mr Neo proactively serves on several boards and these include, Chairman of Workforce Advancement Federation, Vice Chairman of Ren Ci Hospital, Deputy President of Singapore Lam Ann Association, Chairman of Social Service Committee of Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan and Patron of Jurong Spring Community Club. In recognition of his extensive community and public service contributions, Mr Neo was also awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) on 9 August 2014.

Ms Liew Oi Peng

Catering CEO

Ms Liew Oi Peng is the Catering CEO of Neo Group Limited. With more than 3 decades of experience in the Catering industry, Ms Liew oversees and manages the Group’s core functions including Sales & Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resources. She has been a key contributor to the development, growth, and success of the Group.

Over the years, Ms Liew has successfully guided numerous projects to fruition which have been an essential component of the Group’s growth. She also led the Group’s digital transformation and the development of its online sales and marketing channels.

Equipped with vast industry knowledge and experience, Ms Liew plays a vital role in the strategic planning of the catering landscape. She is also responsible for spearheading the Group’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and is at the forefront of nurturing the culture of giving within the organisation.

Ms Liew’s ability to take on challenges has seen her as a role model to many. She often dedicates time to grooming and guiding young talents, providing pertinent advice drawn from her wealth of experience. An avid appreciator of classical and jazz music, Ms Liew also serves as a Director of the Jazz Association (Singapore) Board and hopes to promote interest in these genres locally.
